Grammar Notes
Connectors (so, because, but, although)
Grammar Notes
- We usually put a comma before so, although, and but. Eg. She was tired, so she went to bed.
- Though is colloquial and it's the abbreviated form of although.
- SO has another completely different meaning which is to intensify adjectives. Eg. She was so tired that she went to bed.
