A You had a car crash a few days ago. You are very dissapointed about how drivers don't respect the speed limit and other traffic rules in your city. You strongly think that all traffic problems lay on how bad the traffic rules are settled. Tell your friend about your car crash and what things related with traffic rules should be improved or changed in your city. (You may give examples of incidents you know and give reasons to support your thoughts).
